Ive heard very bad things about GroundZero. I would not suggest you going there. Even if they do good work.. its not worth the stress when they have a bad rep.
Intec Racing in Kent is really good with their work. About 30 minutes south of Seattle.

I have heard good things about Intec-(in Kent I think?)
As for tuners
Carb Connection (Redmond) is the worst place in the free world to have anything done
Crecsent from C-speed racing in Bellingham is probably the best Tuner in WA. I have seen a lot of his work and can't say enough good things about him

If your in the PNW and want some good tuning you can contact Dave Lee (leed). If you need work done on your car your in the Everett area you can contact Jeff Frank (Abaz). I have had Dave tune my car a few times and it's still running great after 2 years. Jeff has worked on my car a few times also and he gets things fixed fast and cheap.

Ground Zero would be a great place to take your car, we build and still have some of the fastest fwd in the NW. I just got done tuning a car from seattle yesterday in fact and despite mulitple problems with fuel pressure and boost pressure holding correct. I think the customer was really happy. Just my thought though

I had my ecu chipped at intec, great guys, real helpful and a cool shop to check out. I'd give them a thumbs up and plan on towing my car back this summer to get it tuned there. (not much for tuning out here in montucky)
