Default is this a good price for building?

i am gonna drop my car off and the are gonna disassemble the block send the block to GE and have it sleeved, install forged pistons and rods, do auto to manual tensioner swap, replace the timing belt, replace the water pump and the oil pump. replace all necessary gaskets. and in about a month i'm gonna pick it up ready to up the boost. this is gonna cost around $3500. is this good?

It seems high, but you haven't given enough details. What exactly are replacing, and more important what are they putting in (aka what brand and spec)

just make sure all the parts are new.....
like waterpump oil pump etc..
