Default good pistons for a boosted b16?

hey wassup guys, im runnin a b16a with a t25 turbo @ 10psi and tuned. I decided to move on up to some performance pistons, which do you guys recommend? Also i want to retain stock sleeves. Appreciate your help and feedback guys! Thanks

not sure i understand your question. I was using CP 84mm 9.4:1 pistons.

he's right, oem would be fine. But if you are going to step up and get performance pistons, then you can get an 81.5mm cp piston.

SRP, Wiseco, Ross, most all companies have an offering for the B16, and most are competitively priced.

If you aren't going to put a bigger turbo on the car, then you wont need pistons. If you're going to really need the pistons, you're going to need stronger rods too, and probably a bigger intercooler...

Do you get what I'm driving at? The T25 is tiny, and if your goal is to make big power, more than just the pisotns will need attention. That aside,

I've had GREAT luck with my 9:1 wisecos, and I've heard good things about the Ross equivalents. Anything SRP makes is almost gauranteed to cost slightly more, but be of great qaulity.

SRP makes budget high silicone pistons and typically are cheaper than Wiseco, Ross, CP, JE, ETC.
