What are the specs on your current T3/T4? You can probably change some stuff around in it and get it to work reasonably well with your setup.

That is a good turbo for your engine.I ran a t3 with those specs and I felt it was matched very well as well as my t3t4 is to my b16a. fast spool and decent power

I run a T3 .60/.48 on my d16y8... nice spoolup with nice flow. Love it.

The T3/T4 i have now is a .63.

As for getting one on ebay.....I just bought one like 2 weeks ago. He told me it had no play, and i got it and the damn fins were hitting the housing...... It was a .42 and .48 off a volvo. He sent me another one he had off a saab. Looks like the same size, but i fear its condition wont be good either. it should be here in a few days. Goes to show that even if they tell you it has no play, you cant believe em...
