Going from a D16 to B16 with same turbo...
Tried searching and could not come up with any results.
Currently, I am running a Drag Gen III kit on my d16y8(in a '00 civic). I am also building a B16 and would like to retain as many turbo parts as possible when I have the B16 in the car. I believe the exhaust manifold is the same with B series and D series(could be wrong though), my biggest concern is whether I can use the Drag dp and turbo piping made for the d16 with my b16. Fittment issues? Anybody have have experience with this situation?

Exhaust manifold is different. That may cause a problem with downpipe fitment too. Downpipe can likely be modified to fit, but you'll have to get a new manifold.
Yeah, I have the B16 exhaust manifold, but just heard that d16 and B16 drag manifolds were the same somewhere.
Anybody tried this before?

they look the same but you would have to modify the d-series manifold to for the b-series, just like any other d-series manifold.
Your better off getting a new manifold and the dp will probably need to be modified too. the piping should work fine.
I did the same thing...

yes, exhaust manifold will be different, downpipe will have to be modified as well, and your IC piping may need slight change too. You might also have to re-clock the turbo.
