Going BOOST !!!
perfectly fine kit man. should easily get your numbers with that. i would upgrade to the 3 inch downpipe if u plan on ever turning up the boost. go with the 6032 .63 a/r. you will need some injectors as well.
well a set of dsm 450s will get u to 300hp and cost u about 100 bucks. u should buy everything u need for your power goal. if u want room to grow 750s a good number. id 1000s are what im going to run eventually.

Please don't throw grenades under other peoples hood by referring them to your ebay build!! Yes he could go cheap on the first time but will soon learn as you will that it will cost a whole lot more in the end by going cheap.
OP, the kit you refer to is ok but I would look at their street kit. It is a more complete kit than the one you linked.
entire setup for me was 2000 but then i changed and started adding things to my setup. i spend money every paycheque on my car so to give a final number isnt fair. in jectors can be expensive but if i was u just to get u into a boosted car i would use the dsms i started on those and they work well but are maxed out at 300hp. i always tell everyone to get to 300 and go fromn there because u can get there easily and cost effectively and 300 is a wicked fun car thats alot faster than most ppl realize.
That kit you posted is an excellent starter for your needs, Of course more would be required. And I can vouch for Greg@GoAuto. Good guy. BTW I'm using RC 750cc injectors.

Hey guys, i'm pretty new here. I haven't actually boosted my car yet. I'm from the caribbean and have a jdm dc2 itr. I've been accumulating parts for a little while now and I researched injectors pretty thoroughly and i bought some RC 750 cc injevtors as they were the best balance between street use and race power in my opinion, they're also pretty much proven to be reliable and they are also pretty reasonable. I'd advise u to have a look at em and do a little research yourself.
traction issues and torque steer lol. once i get the lsd in it should be better. ive had alot of ppl ask me how fast my car is and thats a difficult question to answer so my woman has decided she wants to see what it can do as well. ill do a zero to 250 pull when it stops raining and get her to hold the camera and post it on here.
i believe i would call my setup reliable, its never let me down and i drive it alot, aside from a few hiccups, broken wastegate flange and stuff its been really good. somewhere around 18000km on the turbo.
I'm really tuned to this thread cause although i"ve done quite a bit of research. I haven't completed my set up. I'm trying to secure an inlinepro manifold and I'm wondering about what is the best turbo to use, so this thread is quite helpful to me as well.
figure out how much power u want to make then how much u want spend and tell us what your platform is (in your own thread) and everyone will help u out.
