Read all the way threw this thread waiting to see him not only buy it after people say not to, but then hear how it fell apart and ruined his motor as so many godspeed turbos have. Half of this came true so far. Almost every review of a godspeed turbo has turned up that they are not properly balanced, and there seals are weak. Usually the poor balancing is what causes quick failure with these pos's. Lets close the thread like shodan already said and wait for the help my motor blew up today thread.

And the other issue is they don't use normal wheel sizes, the wheel isn't the same size as a standard gt30

In what way is that an issue? other than it probably has different characteristics?

dude you can get a precision unit for dumb cheap, like 600 plus shipping brand new and those turbos are awesome... used a 5431 to make a little over 300whp on a stock k20a3.

on the flipside though i also made 300whp on my stock k20A3 with 10lbs with an EMUSA turbo kit for my EP3, turbo had alot of issues with putting oil through the chargepipes but that was it.. def would recommend the precision though bang for buck

bottomline, back in the day i used to say for a little single cam i wanna give a little pep, i'd rock an ebay turbo, but i've learned it's better to have something good from the get go, than to keep buying here and there

Or go to the junkyard, search ebay for a used Garrett off a volvo or something if you not trying to go crazy

OP posts about a cheaply made part asking for advice(actually validation). OP gets advice saying the part is junk. OP buys part anyways.

so from the response's in here I'm a cheap *** for turbocharging my civic. I should've saved my pennies and bought a 911 porsche, or skyline gtr, or mustang cobra... "No that's no what I meant, I meant since I bought a exspensive turbo everyone should".

"No I mean since we live in usa, we shouldn't buy thing outsourced to diffrent country's"

Yeah cause everything we buy in our everyday life is made in usa... Bunch of hippocrates in the FI forum.
If the product works it works.

Its funny when tech questions pop up in FI no one has answer's. But when turbo selection pops up the thread hits 3 pages pretty quick. And people try to get it locked.
