Default Goal 700WHP: Is my setup worthy? What eles do I need?

UPDATE:
St00pid came back down to Oklahoma this weekend (June 3) and we went at it again It put out
378HP @ 10psi
501HP @ 15psi
605HP @ 23 psi
We only got one pull at 23 psi. The day was cut short because my turbo suck in a plastic seal and bent my blades to hell.

Here a video: http://media.putfile.com/605

Ok here is the story Car is getting painted tomorrow Motor is done and will be dropped in next weekend. My funds for this project are really slim at this point but I need peoples suggestion/opinions. What did I do wrong, what should I replace, what do I still need. St00pid will be tuning the car on 21 April (If my turbo and manifold comes in before then) and it will see it’s first pass during import face-off in Oklahoma on the 23rd of April. So changes need to be made before then. The car will see just as much street time as it will the track. My mods list is below, my goal is 700 WHP and 9.99 time slip. Is this possible?: All comments welcomed.

You already have the bigger fuel lines and you might want to get the tank sumped in the back just to be safe, you dont want the fuel to cut out when you make a pass cause if you dont have a lot in the tank it will do that. You shoudl probably get stronger axles too- you dont want one to break at a competition and be SOL. Everything else looks great, I wouldnt want to catch you at a light

I would invest in an ATI or Fluidampr. As well as an MSD Pro-Billet setup instead of the MSD Digital 6 plus and HVC Coil. And an AEM 5 bar MAP sensor. How long have you been waiting for your PT-67R? Been waiting about two months myself.

So If I run it with a half tank will this be good? Damn-it more weight!! What is a good axle to go with High and low end?

I order my PT-67R on 26 Oct so a little over 5 months now. Can someone explain the purpose of an ATI or Fluidampr. As far as I know it has something to do with vibrations or the lack of them Am I on the right track?

Dampens harmonic vibrations. Stock crank pulley was made to dampen the vibrations of the stock crank, rods and pistons, etc. Since all of this has changed, the ATI or Fluidampr are much better at dampening the vibrations of all of your new internals.

You're going to need better axles for sure....get the biggest TB you can find 72mm??

other than that, it looks like a pretty solid set up!

good luck making 700whp with a 3 bar map sensor....might want to get a 3.5 or a 5 bar map sensor i have a feeling u will need more than 29psi

axles wont get you to sub 10 second time. launching hard with slicks will def brake, on the street they will be ok if your not launching but not at the track with that power.

ive heard the crower rods start to stretch at those levels, but thats just what ive heard from a company that used to build with crower. theyre only rated at 600whp maybe the b20 rods are different. eagles are rated higher actually at 900bhp.

any 70mm or larger tb should be good

3m windshield adhesive in the mounts i heard works for a little bit until you get some upgrades...

precisio makes a 750whp intercooler that is used a lot. not sure the size. just watch you IAT when tuning and see if the greddy is cooling it enough.

slick size will depend on what class of competition you enter

Main questions:
What size slicks? 24.5 inch for sure 13's
What size TB? go with what ur manifold works, vic x and a 70mm is a good combo
What kind of brakes? go with gsr with extended studs for the slicks u might have to run spacers for the slicks depending
Do I need better Axles? depends on how you launch, look into gator stage 5's
Will my type 24 Greddy IC support 700 WHP? core is 25x10x3 something like that.
Ever thinking about doing a Liquid /Water to Air Intercooler? those support very high whp setups but agian $$$

Done any weight reduction? You might need to put your car on a diet to be hitting into the 9's. Precision 750hp intercooler or FullRace backdoor IC. TB, I'd just use the stock one for now. Typically You want you match your slick size with your tranny. Using a B16 tranny, It'll to 150 mph on 25" slick in 4th gear. Using 24.5" might make ya have to shift into 5th gear. So I'd run 25" slicks. I'd also look into Gator stage 5 axles. Should be set to go! Everything looks good!

I don't think the B20 crank will hold 700 HP my man. You're going to twist out a rod journal or snap the crank in two. You need Eagle 700 HP razor edging crank. 500 bucks brand new on Ebay.

You are joking right? Care to explain what is wrong with the B20 crank? Or why the Eagle is any better haha.

stock axles can get him in the 9's. seen it done plenty of times. run the stock ones if you cant afford to buy a good set at this time...youll be fine. when you do decide to buy some, get a set of Gator axles.

also i would rather have a set of crower rods then a set of eagles anyday. seen many cars in the high 700whp range with these rods. havent seen any 800whp engines sporting a set of eagles yet but i may be wrong.

good luck with the build.

heres one making 762 at the wheels, im not sure how long they will last, i wouldnt trust eagle or crower at those levels. pauter/manley are better choices.

i was just saying i heard them stretching at or above 650-700whp

and i find it surprising that the eagles are rated at 900hp and the crowers are rated at 600. not too confident in their product. hey dont take my word for it, ask ERL theyre the ones that told me not to use crower and go with manleys
