Default GM 3Bar MAP + EMS ?'s Too long

Setup: Completely Stock B16, I/H/E. DSM 450's, resistor box, FJO wideband, EMS V.94, stock fuel pump. Car runs pretty damn smooth! Getting car ready for boost so i decide to install my GM 3 bar MAP sensor. This is where I need some help!

Wired in the 3bar no problem. Confirmed a ground, 5V reference, and Map Signal voltage with volt meter. With Key On Engine Off, went into CONFIGURE/UNITS/SETUP and the user scalars screen pop up. Selected load and "CHECK MARKED" GM 3 bar Map. Has an Offset of -14.7, Mult. of .441 in PSIG units. So far so good. To find my MAP MIN/MAX, i used a vacuum pump and volt meter. At atmospheric pressure, 0" vacuum, voltage output on voltmeter was 2.4V, MAP RAW in parameters was 2.38V, good. Here is where it starts to get fuzzy. I pulled 28" of vacuum voltage output would not drop past 1.19V, with 30PSI pressure voltage output was 4.80V which is good.

I Confirmed my MAP MAX of 4.80V, but My MAP MIN should not be @ 1.19V.
So I went ahead and started the car with these numbers put in for MAP MIN/MAX
the car won't idle. which makes sense because of such a high MAP MIN.....So I lowered my MAP min to around .5V and the car starts, runs, idles but waaaaaaaaaaaay to rich, 10.5AFR on my FJO.
Viewing My fuel Map and following the ecu, it's using a fuel cell with a load of
-8.5PSIG, SHOULDN'T THIS BE @ lower load? with the stock honda MAP sensor i'm getting -11.5PSIG @ idle. When I select the GM 3 bar in the user scalars, isn't this supposed to automatically set up the load axis for me?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Put this on the EMS forum:

Under:

Setup|Basic System Setup|Load Setup|Speed Density|Options Speed Density

Is Speed density checked?

Do you have ~.45volts for Map Min?

If I had to bet you dont have the density box checked or the min value is too high.

The speed density box is checked, thanks for your reply though. The EMS forum is really slow, been better off here on the honda tech board. Falcon, Mase, all the EMS users.. where you at?

You should only be getting 1.6-1.8V at atmospheric pressure.
