Default getting my b18c5 ready for boost

First off let me say this I know the b18c5 is not the best off the bat to boost I know its high compression but thats why I want to do it. I want to utilize only about 12-13 psi on the engine. I'm gonna build the engine I know I have to. I'm not running to high of boost so can I just upgrade the bottom end some with out have to do major work to the top? and what parts will work best? I have researched the engines for some time and I already have purchased the motor so suggesting other motors won't help me. what I'm looking for is those who have done these setups to give me a little advice in doing this somewhat safely lol .... somewhat. I plan on some serious tuning. the potential of a good balance between tuning, compression, and boost is amazing. I guess I'm doing this more for the challange.
