Default Getting a little Confused?????

Ok so im looking on ebay for a COMPLETE turbo kit for a D series. I find a couple of good ones, but as im looking through the pictures and the kit contents, it doesnt have anything for fuel managment? Im kinda new to FI but i would think that you would have some sort of air/fuel controller of some sort. Am i correct?

Stay away from those ebay kits. You get what you pay for. If your going to buy a kit there are several affordable options other than ebay kits. Peakboost has nice kits and they seem pretty affordabe. Greddy, revhard are way over priced.
