Default Getting Close - Last Minute Details Needed

Just wanted to let everyone know I'm getting pretty close to finishing my setup. Got a 200 -220HP goal in mind (long-term). I'll take what I get out of this setup for now. Please give me some advice if it sounds like i need it...

FYI - Got a 1999 EX - D16y8 - 80K mi

Here's what I've accumulated so far:

Garrett T3/T04 (50 trim .48 a/r) - http://www.cheapturbo.com
ACT XTSS Clutch Kit - http://www.turboimport.com
Tial 38mm Wastegate .5 bar Silvertop - http://www.nolimitmotorsport.com
A/C Log Exhaust Manifold (externally wastegated) - http://www.bmcrace.com
3" Downpipe/Dumptube Combo - http://www.bmcrace.com
JRC 6" Intercooler - http://www.johnnyracecar.com
Oil Feed/Return Kit - http://www.stealthmode.com (tuner toys)
450cc Correctinject Injectors - http://www.stealthmode.com (tuner toys)
Chipped OBD1 ECU - http://www.stealthmode.com

I am a few months away from starting my install (I'm waiting to purchase a second car). You guys have anything good or bad to say about what i have so far?

Here's what is next in line to purchase:

HKS SSQV BOV
Charge Pipes/Clamps/Couplers
Vacuum Manifold & Lines
Colder Spark Plugs
Missing Link or 2bar Map Sensor (not sure what I need to do here...)
OBD2->OBD1 conversion harness
Fuel Pressure/Oil Pressure/Boost Gauges
Resurface Flywheel (for the new ACT clutch)
Oil Pan Gasket
Chip Burner

Heres what i think i can do without for a while:

ARP Head Studs
Head Gasket
Pistons
Rods
Fuel Pump

I plan to tune this thing with uberdata or crome. Here is what I think I have to do to get this thing up an running after the install. Is this way of thinking correct? -->

0) Install all hardware (turbo system and injectors)
1) Install chipped OBD1 ECU (attached with a conv harn)
2) To program, I will need uberdata, and a chip burner...
3) Create a basemap using uberdata on my PC...
5) Burn chip ...
6) Reinstall programmed chip into ECU...
7) Start car? Take it to get proffesionally tuned?

My main concern is getting the car up an running after hardware is installed... please help a cuban out here!

Yes, burn a 450cc injector map keep the car out of boost while you drive it to the tuner.

Sorry, I dont have much experience posting on Honda-Tech forums. How do I check my PM's? Either I'm looking in the wrong place or i don't see the link to checking PM's on my screen anywhere.

Thanks.

PMs come up as a popup as soon as you get one. If you have a pop up blocker then you might have missed them. Click on My Profile->Instant Message History to check your recent PMs.
