How can I get my A7C to work without the stock ECU. The led on the a/c button is there when I press it, but the a/c compressor does'nt work. I guess there are only 2 wires to connect, but I can't get it from my workshop manual. DO I have to switch a relay or something?
Help, it is getting hot outside.

You need to read the Haltech Manual sometime. The E6K supports A/C as long as you have a free PWM output. You need to run the A/C Request line to your Auxiliary in wire and set it to A/C request, then run your PWM wire to the A/C clutch solenoid wire. Set the PWM to A/C and give it the settings for when you don't want the A/C to activate, like over 70% throttle or over 5000 rpm.
This all assumes you have a free PWM, sometimes they can be hard to come by. Otherwise you'll have to try to change something one of the other PWM's control to use an MSD controller or maybe move to the GM idle air control. That'll free up a PWM.

DOes the Haltech gives more load to the engine when a/c is on, or does the engine stall out.
I've to remove my light weight flywheel, cause it is too light and the engine sometimes stall when my head-lights are on.

Idle takes a while to get right. You should be playing with the battery power correction tables and the idle settings. You shouldn't have a problem with your idle and power load.
For the idle settings, I have my BAC valve period set to about 30ms, then you just follow Hitmans guide. It takes about 10 minutes to get it right. http://www.hondaprelude.to/hitman-bac.html Well, I mean right in the most general sence. If you haven't tuned alot of cars you'll really need to play with the fuel on the map around your idle point and the surrounding cells to get it right. It can be real finicky and there's alot of settings that all affect each other, but once it's right you should have no problems with idle under different electrical loads.
One thing you might want to do is check your air temp correction maps. The ones that comes on the base map that they tell everyone not to touch are a little agressive. You might be getting idle problems when the engine is hot because the air/temp correction maps are correcting too much.

what about the fans? They should run at any time when the a/c is on, right? I've tested my a/c compressor with a simple wire hooking up directly to the + on the battery....worked fine for 2 minutes, after the compressor overheated
....so I've no problems during driving I think, but waht is in stop and go traffic. Are the fans activating when I hook the a/c via the Haltech up?
I wanted to connect the stock wire from the a/c button in the cockpit to the stock ECU wiring-plugs and then use the stock red wire to the a/c compressor. This should work, but I'm not sure about the fans.
