320whp should be easy to achieve with that setup. u should get a 68mm or 70mm throttle body, cam gears and a intake manifold.

I hope you have an aftermarket map sensor (2.5 or 3 bar) :-)

get it tuned somewhere else a set up like that sohuld make at least 380-400whp. thats if you loose the cat and get 3 inch turbo exhaust piping.

You could make what a stock B16 would make actually if you leave the wastegate open. I don't honestly think you are doing that (duh) haha. What I am getting at is you didn't specify how much boost you will be running on that turbo.

I'm not sure what that turbo is rated at as far as efficiency....but typically I would try to stay around 18-20psi on pump gas. That's another thing I would look up, make sure you don't turn the boost up past its efficieny range or try and run way more whp than its rated at.

If it's tuned properly 18psi should be just fine....19 should be fine but just make sure the tune it good.

Yeah you should have way more than 320hp, easy. I had 317whp @ 12psi on my LS/Vtec, stock sleeves, 450cc injectors, Hondata s100... Your setup is way better than mine, Id say about 400whp, with your setup. Your tuner either doesnt do many hondas, or he just sucks Try to find someone else, it will be worth it to have someone with vouches do it-- even if it costs more.

well from my experience and what i hear hes a great tuner, well ls/vtec will make alot more power than my b16, i know hes a safe tuner maybe thats the reason y the power wont be very high...but i thought for sure it would be over 320whp..its gettin tuned tomorrow!! so i will let u guys know

Oh, I was thinkin it was a B18C. You should still have like at least 375, you could tune it to the max to see what it can do, then tune it down a little for safety. Plus you will get a cool dyno chart that says you have more power than you actually do
Let us know how it turns out. Good luck too

that doesnt seem right??? I wanna see the dyno sheet, somethings weird
Look at my dyno, im only 8 less hp with 6 less psi, that doesnt make sense, the extra .2 liters isnt that big of a damn difference.

What did you tuner say, I know he didnt say that was all he could get out of it. Was there a weak link in the setup anywhere??

Im sure it feels fast as hell, but you should still have better numbers. Are you gonna post up the dyno sheet?

Oh yeah, I dont get traction at all anymore. I bet im gonna have to get used to the track all over again before I run a better time. I just ordered one of the ball bearing center sections for my turbo too, so its gonna get worse. Were gonna have to invest in some slicks soon arent we?
