That's where I got my custom intercooler from. Don't they have 2 sizes they make a small one which flows better then the Greddy type 24 intercooler and a big one which is like 2/3 times better then the type 24.

But thumps up and yes I will recommand them intercoolers. We have lots of customers down here in MD with them.

It will be going on for awhile. As soon as I have 10 people for sure, I will announce the final ending date.

length does not make the power and at only 2.5" that is too thin!! get a taller thicker core and youll get more customers!

For a street driven/weekend drag car, I think this is a decent size. I never said it was for the all out race people. It is a good alternative to the greddy IC's which run almost 2x the price. They perform well. I love mine.

The price is good and the mounting tabs are nice, the the size is not really optimal. It is too long which will cut down flow and not tall enough. Plus like Geoff said, its too thin. The endtanks look square as well and have a poor flow quality as well...

I might be able to get thicker and taller IC's I will have to check but this GB will be just for that size. It cools nicely.

How is it that a taller IC is more effecent? I would think that a longer one would flow better then a taller IC? (Just my logic) I would think that the more the air is spread out the more reistance you would add to the flow.

I called him and talked to him for a half hour, then he said email me a list of exactly what you want and ill get back to you.

that was about 2 weeks ago.
Ive forwarded the list twice to him, without a reply. you should ask him if he checks him mail.

Length = cooling efficiency

Height and thickness = flow capacity.

Think about it... the longer the core is, the more time the charge air is in contact with the fins, and will therefore have more time to be brought down to ambient temperature.

Thicker core / taller core = more flow area and lower pressure drop, but generally poorer cooling efficiency.

That said, there is such thing as TOO long and making it any longer will just add to your pressure drop for no reason other than to make your front end look pretty.

Whats wrong with making the front end pretty?
Although it will be black with a grill infront of it.

Intercooler flows better then the greddys. Even the smallest one flows better then the greddy's type 24.
