Default garrett ar 60 m24

Would this turbo be a good choice for a stock b20b runnin low boost like 10 lbs or less and also is there a certain manifold that is more of a better fit for this turbo. This is my first time boosting a honda and im just worried about buying my turbo, manifold and intercooler and piping seperately. I just want everything to fit nicley and dont want to buy parts that are not compatible with the others

You've just stated a Casting number and a possible Housing A/R. this means NOTHING for what kind of turbo you have. You need to measure inducer / exducer of both turbine and compressor wheels in millimeters.

Here's how to find "TRIM"

Here's what A/R means.

you also need to go by the FAQs. there are plenty of ways of fitting separate parts, but you need to know how each component is configured with others.
