Default fully tuned w/ bad Idle...help needed

My car was fully tuned at InlinePro about 4months ago..I cant seem to get it to idle like it used to....its throwing a Code 43 (fuel systems)....so far i have cleaned my IACV, changed spark plugs, changed oil, but to no avail...Its still throwing a code 43 and it still idles like ****....to the point of where sometimes i think it might stall out, this is after it is warmed up and driven for 30mins or so....I thought it might be a bad 02 sensor, IACV, possibly TPS, but i understand all these have their own codes...so im not sure what to do...additionally, my injectors are 550cc 4 months old, hondata s100 with boost (4 months old), and obd1 (4months old), and walbaro 255 fuel pump (4 months old),etc...the only thing in my fuel system i have not changed for sometime now is the fuel filter (but i doubt this would make me throw this code and have this particular problem?)...b16a head, b18c bottom end 2000 honda civic si fully built motor at InlinePro arias 9.1 pistons, LS crank, Crower Rods, etc... 12 lbs of boost with conservative timing etc...just looking for any help in figuring out what could be giving me the Code 43, and this Idle problem....any help/suggestions would be apreciated....InlinePro have not returned my call yet....
thanks for your time

I would try to get it back in with Inline, from the sounds of it, they should stand behind your problem.

Change the fuel filter then take it back.

Threre really isn't much to tune at idle....that's why I really don't understand why you say that every time someone says their idle is crappy.....

theres more than u think

bigger injectors need less time to open, so they are harder to idle perfect.

you need to adjust fuel/ignition along with different loads of the idle. warm up, regular idle, loaded idle (when the fans are on), when the ac is on. ETC ETC ETC.

Thanks for all the replies...I think/hope its just a tunning issue...Im just waiting on the owner of InlinePro to call me back...and see what he says...I dont understand because the car was tuned perfectly, now all of the sudden its acting up....Does this happen often?...possibly because of the colder weather?...Im not sure really...
Well, thanks again...any other suggestions welcome

code 43 is a symptom of shitty tuning. When the ECU is in closed loop for extended periods of time and fuel trim exceeds a certain value (i.e. the O2 sensor is too lean / too rich for too long) then it sets a code 43. I would be willing to bet that Inlinepro did a good job at WOT and didn't touch the vacuum maps enough.

If it's not ok afte the O2, take it back. IACV will not cause the problems you have.
