Did you cut the mounting flange between the cylinders or is it cracked there? Is this done to relieve stress?

those are heat expansion slots... they allow lee-way for expansion and contraction so the flange doesn't crack. Looks nice, is it for an h22? aren't you running an h22 in your civic matrix?

I have been running the revhard log manifold. the manifold is for a b series and it was sent to me at price i couldnt refuse. geoff was very generous lets put it that way. anyway, i can get these shipped to your door for 1150.00. this manifold is neither painted or coated its raw steel it just looks that way because of the flash. also, my street car is a b series and our race car is an h series. hope i answered everyone questions.

The only thing I'd change on the manifold is the wastegate port. If it were angled downward instead of perpendicular to the manifold, it would allow the wastegate to vent the gasses better.

No disreapect to anyone, but he IS right. Sorry Geoff you do beautiful work no matter what, and I'm sure there's a very logical reasoning for the wastegate's position. Perhaps it's the best way for it when there's a huge turbo hanging off the thing. You're the only one that would know here. I love it.
Keep up the good work.

I don't mean any disrespect, but for change to be made, there needs to be a catalyst. I'm not bashing his design, I'm just offering some ideas so he could improve his design if possible. If clearance is an issue, he could plumb it so the wastegate sits next to the downpipe and run piping back to the wastegate port. Other than that, it is a great manifold.

Actually these manifolds have been tested and they do not spike or creep with a good wastegate so obviously there is no need for the modification you spoke of. Sometimes too much reading can mess up your head.
