Default fuelpump and ecu failure

hopefully you guys can help me out on this

i have turbocharged EF9 with a B16A1 in it , after driving it for aprox 5 mins , the ECU light turned on and the engine stopped , so i tried starting it again , but the fuelpump dit not turn on this time (walbro 255 intank) , normally you can hear it loudly
So after turning the key the car did not start anymore , after many checkups we found out the ECU was someway broke , and it did not send a signal to the pump/relais.
We put the ECU (PW0 , OBD0) in another turbocharged car , and the same thing over there , car does not start , ECU broke ?
So in total i blew up 3 ECU's and put in a new fuelpump and still could not find what the problem is.

the engine is complete stock , the car is a OBD0 , the relais are good , all wires are good , and the ECU fuse does not pop out or something , when starting it with a new ECU everything is fine , when you wanna drive it just blows up the ECU or something and kills the fuelpump , can anyone help me what it could be?

For management i just use a Apexi VAFC2 , i have a P28 that will be chipped and will will swap it to OBD1 in a few months
