Default fuel supply problem

I just got home from the dyno and now I have a fuel supply problem. At idle have 54psi, but at 10psi it flutters at maybe 60psi. My tuner told me I need 1lb of extra fuel for every pound of boost. He said to check the voltage at the pump and check to see if anything in the tank at the pump is loose, such as a loose line. He suggested running a hot wire with a relay straight from the alt. to the pump. Anyone have any other suggestions? I REALLY want to have the car up and running good enough to race on sunday. I'm running a drag turbo kit on a gsr with a walbro 255, rc550, hondata s200b and running my injectors at 94% duty. I be needing some help please.
thanks
