Fuel Setup....
Aeromotive a1000 Fuel Pump
Aeromotive Regulator
10-an Feed Lines
6-an Return Lines
ERL Performance Fuel Rail
Precision 1000cc Fuel Injectors
Is this setup overkill for a 450whp motor on pump and 500whp+ on race fuel? Where is the best place to get aeromotive parts and ERL? I have a couple sites and prices but I just wanna know if there are any cheaper sites. Thanks

i just think its funny that your the only person in here that says walbros suck at 400whp and say your fuel setup is needed for 450whp push motors

Didn't believe me the first time I told you the walbro was fine up to 600hp. Why not search around a lot more.

yes the 255 hp pump will be fine. and more sleeper than big *** a1000 underneath car

but no one ever answered me either, if i build this motor to push 450whp on 93 octane. will i push close to 600 or over 600hp on race gas? cause i seen a post before where a dude pulled 460whp on pump gas i believe and 654whp on c16. So could if I pull number like this wouldnt I need a better setup? I would only run race gas at the track though.

well that is good cause that setup would cost me a arm and a leg. so it will save me money. but would i ever need to upgrade it?

Only way to tell is to try. Any reason why you are so hell bent on 600+ hp? You first started out with 400-450 now you are up to 600+ Start with 400 and try driving that on the street.

All I gota say is if you go with the walboro you need an in cabin FP Gauge.
Bottom line IMO.
I did however make 606 on one but upgraded cause, well i'm not an idiot.

I want 600+ on race gas. which i also said would only be for the track. I want 400 to 450 on the street with pump. that is the difference. tune my car for c16 and 91 octane. 91 octane for streets at hopefully 450whp and c16 for track at close to 600 or over.

I was goin to get a Fuel Pressure gauge. I already had that planned out.

In cabin? Its only necessary so you can tell when the 255 cant push the fuel anymore.
It WILL happen if you are pushing 600.

i wouldnt trust the walbro at high fuel pressure over time... its just asking too much of the little pump. and if you do decide on a walbro do like everyone esle has suggested and run an incabin pressure gauge
i am goin to run one in cabin so i can keep check on my fuel pressure at all times. i mean i dont wanna stress out something if i may push around 600whp on c16. so should i go with the 255 walbro or upgrade to a bigger system?
like i said daily driven on about 93 octane around 450whp but on race fuel i am lookin to get around 600whp. so what setup so i go with?
You will be fine with the 255 and the in cabin gauge.
But if you wanna do it right and have the cash go with a better pump like Aeromotieve, Bosh, or Waldon.
Run a feed line to the rail and use the stock feed line for the return if you go with an external.

Don't **** around dude spend money where it needs to be spent, sump the tank get a big pump like mensioned before bosch or weldon, 10an there 6an back.
An incabin pressure gauge isn't really gona do much for ya when your racing the last thing that your gona look at is the fuel pressure drop before you react and take your foot off the gas.
Don't rely on a $90 pump when you've already spent 2,3,4,5k on your motor.

Wow all this back and forward nonsense. Either get the $90 255lph and hard wire it, or get the spendy more effeciant pump and not worry. Either way people are going to tell you two things. But since 3 guys answered your question 5 times and you keep comming back with "yes i know but i dont wanna stress the part if im running 600 million hp on C130 and 400hp on premium." When they already said that, that pump will suffice.

Sorry dude that some people only think I am goin for 450whp when I am goin for 450whp on pump and 600whp and race fuel. 150whp is a big difference for a fuel pump. So yes I just wanna make sure before I drop 1.5k into a fuel system or 100 dollars. I wanna make sure I do what is best and make sure I dont waste money.
