Sometimes you have to remove the spacers between the rail and manifold, or reduce their height a bit. The injectors may be a little shorter than stock, and the o-rings are right at the edge. They also could have machined the hole too large, your o-rings are too small (not OEM, too old, or injector uses a thicker o-ring), or you need the rubbery spacer that goes on the injectors between the rail & connector.

get a pic of where it's leaking...i'd bet the rubber o-ring is bad on the injector/s! get some o-rings and oil them up before pushing the injector back into the rail

ama try bigger o rings. I know the ones on there are good maybe too small. I feel like shooting this car nothing easy as soon as I fix one problem another rises. lol guess thats the life of building these cars. I bet if i pieced it together from the junk yard it wouldnt of given me any issues lol.

You should be able to find a decent selection at your local automotive retailer. I used to work at NAPA before coming to DeatschWerks, and we had a couple of large wall mounted "parts" boxes with a large assortment of ac/nitrile/viton o-rings.
