No..stock fuel pump will not suffice. You will need to run ontop of your stock fuel pump, a high pressure inline fuel pump.

you shoud get a 8:1 FMU disc for that... and you should also get an inline pump to support the higher pressure needed

Nothign is wrong with the vortech FMU...he just noticed that you are running 370cc injectors..if that is the case..then you need to be sure you have an 8:1 ratio disc for your vortech FMU. If you have say a 12:1 ratio disc that comes with the drag or revhard kits..your gonna be running way to rich.

Whats the fmu ratio?
I would highly recomend a intank fuel pump, As long as your not running a 12:1 fmu you should be fine with a reg. 255lph. I would try a 4:1 fmu to start with, if you need more fuel maybe go up to a 6:1.
I ran a 4:1 w/310cc injectors and was still too rich, I used a sfc to LEAN it out a little more. max fuel pressure was 85psi.

To be safe, just throw in a 6:1 disc for the FMU and a warlboro high pressure fuel pump. Definetly dyno that thing afterwards.

if its as big as the cover, its the 12:1 disc. A little bit smaller its the 10:1 and so on and so forth.

This is how you tell the difference...

Measure your disc:

12:1 ---->2.71"
10:1 ---->2.46"
8:1 ----->2.22"
6:1 ----->1.85"

If you are in fact running a 12:1 ratio....then running with those 370cc injectors will make you run **** rich. You can either keep the 12:1 ratio and run stock injectors..or keep the 370cc injectors and just swap out the disc with an 8:1 ratio.

I suggest you getting a highpressure "inline" fuel pump for an FMU setup. If you do a search, there are several threads as to why a high pressure "intank" fuel pump will not suffice for an FMU setup.

I dissagree completely. I ran a 12:1 fmu and 255lph INTANK pump for a while with no problems, thats not to say everybody can do the same, but it's been done safely.. Now if your running larger then stock injectors, there is NO reason a 255lph INTANK pump won't work, unless your trying to run 15psi (on a fmu it's plain stuipid).....I still run that pump, but I ditched the fmu for hondata.

If it were up to me..I would ditch the FMU all together and run either uberdata or hondata...but as far as the FMU setup goes..I am just going by other experiences here on honda-tech with people running high pressure intank fuel pumps with their FMU setups. Just look for it and see. BTW..did you ever dyno your car with the FMU setup?

Do you have a graph of it with your A/F graph? I was just curious as to what it looks like.

No I don't, but I do have a readout (nuber wise) of the afr in rpm's. In 100 rpm increments. I'd have to dig it out but recalling from memory My air/fuel ratio was between 11.9:1 and 12.2:1 once in boost up to 8,200rpm.
It's not you typical line graph, but it's the same thing if you plotted it out.

it's a lot better looking (number wise) then my afr ratio now.
