Default Fuel pump top/cover question

hey guys im looking to add a new fuel system to my car and already have purchased the full system. My fuel pump top/cover(piece with 6 bolts that the fuel pump actually bolts to) is a barbed style cap and i need the cap that has bolts for both the feeed and return. i was unable to source one and was wondering which car they were from?
thanks for your help in advance!

i cut all the stuff from under that cover and drilled the hole to fit a steel -6an 90 fitting and welded it onto the cover.

Well the cover says Full blown right on it, possibly a search for full blown will find you what you want.....

I saved the $300 and welded a -6 and a -8 bung on my OEM cover, works like a charm.
