which fuel pump...recommendation
I heard many ppl saying to upgrade the fuel pump from the DRAg kit because it isn't good or safe..i don't remember.
What do u guys think about Bosch fuel pump?? One guy said its average
i am new to this and don't have much clue which one is safer and better.
i will be running 6-8psi daily driven...please help me decided on a pump.
while at it...how about injectors....310??? necessary? will if affect performance with the setup that i'll be running...
thanks

i am running the bosch pump and i haven't had any problems, i run 8 psi daily and its seems to be fine, 310 injectors would be tight but i believe you will need an afc to make it work properly
Walbro 255HP
Even if you have elementry math you should be able to figure out that it will not work. Walbro themself tell you it wont work. Look on the freakin box.

I have the fmax with no fmu but the hondata with RC440s.
I have the high pressure version of the Walbro pump that has a higher duty cycle and can sustain the higher pressures if needed.

With the Drag kit, get the Bosch pump. It can run very high pressures fine. If you ditched the 12:1 FMU the Bosch would then not be necessary, the Walbro 255lph would be fine.

i dont get it y all fi people get the 255 lt

600 hp yeah, but it wont do 10 hp at 120psi fuel pressure.
It just can't flow enough fuel at higher fuel pressures.

I have an intake 255lph and I can hear that beitch at idle, especially right when I start the car. After a I drive for a bit then idle it does not seem to sound as loud, but it may just be me!!!
i am running a fmu 12:1 with a walbro 255 lph and i have a drag kit and it doesnt give me any problems it seems to me that it runns better then with the one that came with it and it was like $$125 from summit the holley pump and the BBK pump is the same dam pump but the BBK is cheaper and thats what i have in my 1995 gsr and i love it

i have my stock in-tank fuel pump leading to another small 500ml aluminium fuel tank which then leads to my bosch pump (outside the tank, mounted underneath the car - dangerous, I know
) then to the engine. I boost heavy, and the fuel pump feeds 8 fuel injectors on my car (4 x D16Y8 injectors and 4 x B18C injectors) - I'm using the stock fuel pressure regulator that came with my engine, and I haven't had any problems whatsoever. Bosch pumps are cheap too.
If it does the job, its good enough for me. Don't buy something that is over-spec, you're just wasting your money. My fuel pump is the ones that they use in the S500 Mercedes Benz. Can get a *little* bit noisy if i'm running low on gas (ie. when the low-fuel warning light is on).
