Default fuel pump problems? diagnosis doctor?

usually when i turn the car on to accessories i hear the fuel pump turn on (holley 255 lph) but now its not for some reason, in fact i dont even hear it when im driving. the car seems to run ok though it idles around - 450 bar and gets boost a little slower than it should. i cant figure out whats wrong though.

for reference my setup is:

t3/t4
255 fuel pump
dsm 450's
custom piping and intercooler
vafc hack
tial 35 mm
custom manifold and downpipe

FYI

Mine just went out. I droped in an in-tank and kept the inline in place. If the holley is an inline (mine was, so i am assuming here) then make sure you remove it. There is a check valve in there and it will stop the flow of the gas from the good intank pump. My car would hit a wall at more that %20 throttle and 3psi....

You installed an intank fuel pump right? Not an inline correct?
