Fuel pump nightmare
Ok, here's the story. I have a 255lph Walbro intank that has been in sevice less than a year and was working fine.
I just swapped in a B18B and also converted to OBD 1 and threw a Hondata S200 in there.
I ordered a new chip w/basemap for my setup from SGT.
Using starter fluid it will run for a few seconds, but it's not getting fuel (lines are empty when I remove them). I also noticed today the pump is not priming before startup.
I think I've run thru every troubleshooting step in the Helms and can't seem to locate the problem.
Replaced walbro w/stock, same thing no worky.
Tested for voltage and gnd at the pump connector, all is good there.
Tested the relay, all is good there.
Wiring also looks good.
Anybody have any ideas?

Yeah...f'n crazy man. I'ma go f with it some more, but it's getting chilly out. Have to wear TWO sweatshirts now that it's back together and I pushed it out of the garage
That was my first thought....gauge said full and I was thinking bs, but when I pulled the pump sure enough, almost overflowing. DAMNIT.
Yeah, but it's somthing electrical...the pump isn't coming on for some reason. I hope there's not anything wrong with the ECU. I bought it with the Hondata second hand but new. I know the guy wouldn't have tried to jack me either so if it is bad he wouldn't have known. DAMNIT again.

my friend had the same problem with his stock fuel pump in his accord. Honda determined it was some fuel pump relay. He said it was like 40 bucks and seem to do the trick. If that helps any.
hopefully this might help somebody in the future...i'm thinking maybe i wasn't getting a clean contact at the pump or maybe it stuck after sitting up for like 4 months. I got back there and hooked it up to straight power and it came on so I let it run for about 15 seconds.
bwaaaaaaaaaaaa is what my neighbors heard at 11 pm after that
it's alive...it's aliiiiiive!!!

What are the signs of the fuel pump relay going bad? I think my car is starting to do the same. However, I do hear a relay "click" sound when I turn my car in the "on" postion. Is the "click" sound coming from that fuel pump relay? or ECU?
