Fuel pump doesn't come on. 3rd gen integra
when i turn ign to III, it cranks but i don't hear the fuel pump come on at all. checked both 15 fuses under dash and inside engine bay. what else could it be?

i'll troubleshoot the relay.. if its ecu related, will i still hear the fuel pump come on once its in III position w/ ecu unplugged? i want to make sure its not ecu related..

without the ecu the fuel pump will not come on.
when you turn on the key, you should hear a click under the steering wheel, and then the pump come on
have you tried running straight power to the fuel pump to make sure it works, also ckech for a good ground
