If fuel pressure remains the same then id say it will be fine.

Just throw a Walbro 255 in for peace of mind if nothing else. Since the FPR will regulate your pressure to the stock level, you'll be fine. The extra fuel will recirc anyway.

If your on a budget then you shouldnt be rushing to get tuned and hammer the car. Budget means you cant afford to fix it if it detonates on the rollers due to lack of fueling. Save up the 100 bucks for the walbro.

worst case scenerio, the fuel pressure goes up a little if the stock reg cant handle the output from the walbro.

The 255's sometimes raise idle fuel pressure by about 10psi depending on what stock FPR you have. From what I know the dohc vtec motors use a slightly larger FPR due to the larger stock pump.

Regardless, the 10psi will ONLY be at very low load/rpm points. If you maintain the stock fuel pressure, there will be no change in the tune for boost - unless you were running out of fuel before.
