Default Fuel problem (I think)

Setup:
Supercharged Crvtec @ 10 lbs
Hondata w/ 550s
Holley FPR
Walbro high output in-tank fuel pump

Here's my delima.

Recently while cruising at part throttle my car starts to spit and spudder horribly between 10-20 degrees of vacuum. At WOT all is good with NO problems. The entire time this is happening my A/F guage is pegged full green and there is a strong smell of fuel in the cabin. Here are some things I have thought of to try and solve this problem.

1. Holley FPR was beginning to stick. (swapped another Holley FPR on, didn't solve it)

2. Rc 550 injector(s) are stuck open. ( STP fuel injection cleaner has yet to solve this as of today). Maybe send them out to RC for cleaning?

3. Hondata needs to be retuned....

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Thanks,
Tim

you hit a flat spot somewhere.

Bring back to tuner.

prob just rich in that area. rc doesnt recomend using injector cleaners, they say that it will eat out the o-rings. not to metion there recleaning business. try a retune in that spot.

I will have to get it retuned anyway after my turbo kit gets put in at the end of this month (hopefully)

Would be ok to run the car as is until then?

Has this always happened? Or has this been a problem since getting it tuned? I can't see this being problem coming on all the sudden. If it has it is probably not the the hondata. Do you have datalogging check you your O2 voltage see if it is slow to react. It could be a lazy O2 or clogged? When your car is cold the voltage should be .1-.2 open loop then as it warms up should fluctaute between .1-.9 closed loop. if there is long period of time for the o2 to switch over it is a lazy o2. Justa stab?!

It has just started doing this about 2 weeks ago. The car fine after the Hondata tuning for about 2-3 months until 2 weeks ago......
