fuel pressure question

fuel pressure question
just thinking, stock fuel pressure for b16a2 is lik 36psi and 42 or somthing with the hose pinched , crome uses 45psi base fuel pressure , should i adjust my FPR to 45psi?? or relying on ecu to figure it out ?,
