Default fuel pressure at idle

Ever since I put the Drag kit on my civic this weekend the fuel pressure at idle shows between - 30 and - 35mmHG after I started to adjust it more lean with my V-AFC. Before I put the turbo kit on the idle would be around - 350 to -370mmHG. What does that mean exactly? Is that the normal fuel pressure condition with this set-up?
