If you want to run the factory feed hose as the new return then yeah obviously you need to swap it over to the drain port on the fuel pump hat/cover. Its the same concept as the stock fuel return hose just with a different hose.

ok, but its all hard line and pre bent, so do i need to relocate factory feed hardline from passenger side to driver side, or just run sum rubber fuel line from bottom of regulator to the hardline on passenger side, let the fuel return thru that, and then cut the banjo fiiting at pump cover and run rubber fuel line from retunr fitting on cover to hardline at rear of vehicle..i kno sounds complicated

why not just use the factory return hose? not alot of fuel gets when return since your burning it in the motor

good rule of thumb, return should be 2 sizes smaller than feed

Easiest solution is to use rubber fuel hose on both ends. I would cut the hard line back to where it enters the engine bay, thats closest to the driver side. You can TRY to bend it over to the driver side but Im sure it will kink when bent 90*.

Same solution with the fuel tank end. cut it back and rubber hose it.

You also could just replace the entire hose with 3/8" rubber hose. Its very low pressure anyways.

so if i use rubber fuel hose on both ends, and not making it kink, i would most likely have to relocate hardline

Define relocate. Im thinking you leave the hardline where it is and use rubber hose to route the ends to where they need to go.

relocate meaning i move the factory feed line to driver side but since its pre bent, i see that difficult..easiest bet would to be to leave it on passenger side, rubber hose the ends and hope they dont kink lol

Thats why I suggested cut the engine bay section of the tubing back so it doesnt snake all the way over to the passenger side to where the fuel filter is. cut it close to where it enters the engine bay which is closer to the middle, less rubber hose needed to route over to the pass side.
