Default Freshly built motor leaking?? Help

Im trying to start my new motor today so i can break it in with Full-RaCE Turbo kits and its leaking oil between the block and head, passenger side under the distributor only oil is leaking , no coolant, what could it be???. Its a new Benson fully built B16 block with Portflow GSR head. I think its headgasket but i need a second opinion. Thanks.
