Personally I will recommend them if you're using some sort of stand-alone with large injectors. However, if you are using stock or small injectors with a FMU setup (read: high fuel pressures) then I would stay away from the AEM. I have one and have used it for almost 2 years with no problems.

Ive got a BNM one that came with my intake manifold, its purple it if matters

Was hoping someone could throw me some info on it.

I plan on running 16psi or about 300whp on DSM 450's with the stock fuel pump as well

How exactly is fuel pressure adjusted with these units?

Yeah I always see the AEM ones develop leaks, how did yours fail?

there should be a nut on top, where the vacuum hose goes on, you loosen that nut and then twist the nipple that the rubber goes goes on. Tighen the nut when you're done. Do you have a fuel pressure gauge?

Does anyone have a writeup or pictures of an Aeromotive install? On the bottom of a stock or AEM fpr the return hose is pushed over and clamped on to a hard fuel line. How does the Aeromotive connect to this, or do you have to replace that hard line completely?

I just did a search and found out that Aeromotive now makes FPRs that bolt onto the stock fuel rail just like an AEM. Are these just as good?

I never had a problem with mine. I used it with an FMU for a long time as well. I thought AEM fixed the diaphram problem a while back.

If it's the same quality, but it looks just like an AEM. I'd like to see one opened up. Maybe I'll get ahold of Stan after New Years.
