If you wanted to turbo your car and wanted to turn up the boost a little, what parts would you need to replace? I know forged pistons, forged rods, but what else?

Thanks, I forgot to. However, there really arn't too many sites about this. From what I've found, I see:
forged rods
forged pistons
head sutds
bearings
headgasket
resleeved block
injectors
piston rings

What kind of prices are we looking at?

 

Also, assume that I will bore and stroke the engine...so they would have to be custom rods and pistons...
