im going on close to 6 months with my manifold, making 450+whp and have no issues

Pham also stands behind his work, I wouldnt hesitate on this manifold.

People dont understand that you cant build a name without starting somewhere, and he is starting out on his own now. The quality is great, just cause he hasnt sold thousands like some other names 'YET'.

Forged Performance has done most of the work on my car. I run one of their manifolds on my street driven, 92 H22 hatch (520whp @20 psi). Three guys started their own shop a few years ago after years with Forged Performance here in Portland. They do great work and always stand behind what they do. They have been involved with drag racing, track racing and have done tons of custom builds. Brian Green, one of the owners, is well known in the NW. John Pham the manifold maker, uses quality materials, has developed well designed and well supported manifolds. In the past few years that he has been making manifolds with Forged performance, I have yet to hear of one cracking. They have recently decided to go into full time production with their manifolds. I would put their work up against anyone elses. I've taken my projects to these guys for the past 5 or so years and went through my share of shops before I found them.
I would recommend their manifolds and their Dyno shop to anyone who appreciates high grade work and responsible business practices.

Technically he has sold many, many manifolds. Although that was while he was working within a different, very well-known organization. Only recently has he been working with Forged alone to get his name out there.

Obviously, some items marketed on ebay are high quality. (many brand names, etc.) The important thing is to check it out if you are not familiar with the product. I believe these guys run the best dyno/turbo performance shop in Portland, OR. My H22 manifold is high quality, 520 whp in a 92 hatch. Their reputation and customer service orientation is even better than their manifolds. I've had work done by these guys, fairly regularly for around 5 years.

he made me a manifold and it looked very good. took it to a welding shop in town to have it modified and they said it was very good welds.

my car is a 1g crx so nothing fits and thats why its at the welding shop. had to move wastegate.

i will post pics when i get it back.

I was under the impression it was just another person making manifolds out their parent's garage.

Glad you have been updated.
Ebay stuff isn't trash. Some advertisers using Ebay are scammers and sell trash.
Forged Performance in Portland/Troutdale, Oregon is well known in the NW for quality work and products.

Just a side-topic question.....

How does everyone judge the power output of many of these turbo manifolds when there are efficient engines and high ouput turbos that they are attached to?

Not taking away from these manifold manufacturers', but i always hear claims of high hp output from turbo manifolds when there are so many different deciding factors that can make or break their whp? Does anyone do data testing?

Yep, very true. I think the best/only way to really judge the power differences would obviously be to run two manifolds on the same motor/turbo set up under the same conditions.

I believe it is more or less just advertising common manifold designs that have been proven in the past to make power.

I just bought a top mount from forged performance looks to have good welds but i am not a welder, the only thing is, it may need some porting/cleaning inside, but i am pleased with the quality.

true. but even the best of the best crack. my peakboost ramhorn cracked about 3-4 months after i ran it. i got ken to send out another one to me. one of the welds werent the best but in the end it still cracked.

they backpurge on these mani's? ive seen a few of these manifolds pop up here and there. some guy was selling one from new york and i saw a couple on craigslist locally. kind of expected since they are local. lulz.
