Default Force Induction on B16A

Are there any kits out there that makes FI for the gen1 B16's? Inquiring into the Greddy B16 kit there is actually some modification needed with the ECU, etc b4 this kit will work.

Also for all ppl with F.I. what compression are u running at? Wouldn't lowering compression disprove the whole pt of havin the b16 in the first place though?

yes...the fmax kit is a great kit for our swaps...it fits the crx w. b16...comes w. everything needed. also comes with new injectors and a thick *** head gasket ...that lowers the comression to 9:? you can safely run 10 psi on a stock engine with this kit..as much as 12....but if u go w. drag kit no more than 8......i talked to a performance specialist about it the other day...

revhard makes a kit for it .. i thought about it awhile back.. nice kits good price

you should only lower your CR if your planing on running 8+ psi other wise keep it stock with a nice head gasket and better then stock clutch youll love it with just 5 trust me!!

RevHard makes the best B series Turbo kit, hands down..... if you've got the cash...

And no, chances are you'll have no room for A/C with the turbo mounted in there..... hell, sometimes you are better off with a 5g Civic Radiator to actually get some room up front....

How much would one be looking at for the RevHard kit?

So what ur saying also is that it's recommended to through in an eg6 rad into the car instead?

You can actually run up to 22psi on stock internals with 1 b16 with good fuel management, such as hondata or Zdyne, the fmax kit is good cause I have it, but the Mf2 controller and two extra injerctors suck honestly, get a hondata or Zydne and fine tune it and you can run 13+ psi driven daily, and be hella fast.

You can run 50psi of boost on a 1st Gen B16A as well... but just like with your 22psi setting... do you see it lasting? Maybe for a gear or two.

22psi on stock components? What make you say that?

If he's talking about 22psi on stock internals on race gas, the guys at inlinepro have been doing it for years with just changing out the head gasket. Even st00pid's low budget civic with an ls engine is doing 29psi on pump gas and stock internals.
