fmu units

sorry if this is a newb question and all but how do you know what type of fmu to get for example 12:1 or 8:1 wut the hell do you get ya know what i mean.. thanx for your time...

it depends on the disc thats in it i dont have a digital camera or i would post some pice so you can see the difference
