If you are getting a hondata 2b, then you won't need any of the extra fuel system provided by fmax. I would upgrade your injectors to 440's and get a new fuel pressure regulator. Might also want to look into a new intank fuel pump. Other than that you are good to go with just the fmax kit, until you are ready to build up the motor.

All FMAX kits now come with the TIAL wastegate. They come with 9psi spring. Turbo Timer either blitz or greddy for under $100, Boost controller the Blitz or the Apexi are nice. Gauges, boost and either air/fuel or EGT. Email me for prices on the FMAX and all the parts to go with it. We are also FMAX dealers. Mike@diabloautosports.com

i'm finally happy with my Fmax kit.
I would definitely go for the Hondata. Its a much cleaner solution.
You will want more boost!
I wish I could afford to build the motor and REALLY boost.

I only had the turbo on for two weeks before I decided to rebuild the motor. I didn't get a chance to dyno it or do any real performance tests, although I real wish that I had. It's be another 2-3 weeks before I'm running again, at which time it will be tuned and dynoed. I'll post numbers at that time.

Does anyone know what the efficency range of the standard f-max turbo (the t3/t4, not sure of the exact numbers) is? And Torin, you said the standard spring was 9 psi, do you know what color that is? Mine spring is green, but I haven't established for sure what psi that corresponds to.

Oh, and I have nothing but good things to sat about TypeRDude (Mike) at Diabloautosports. I have bought my Koni Yellows, Comptech Fuel Pump, and AEM FPR from him. The service is very fast and very good.

under normal circumstances, FMAX is suppose to have the best fitment...BUT, recently FMAX has not been living up to their reputation....a lot people had problems with IC pipes lining up....I had problems with down pipe...size was way off...and I think EVERYONE had problem with the manifold bollts...but overall the kit is TOP NOTCH..good quality all around...

Not completely true...you will need to cut about an inch off the fan shroud....No cutting of the frame work or the engine block though...fitment is pretty good and good quality...but make sure you make your order VERY CLEAR down to the size of your down pipe and location(s) of your O2 sensor(s)....if you have ANY non stock parts like the intake manifold or front end...MAKE SURE YOU MAKE IT VERY CLEAR TO THEM or you will wind up with parts that don't fit right (i.e. the IC pipes...If one doesn't fit right, they'll all be off)
