Default Flywheels Question

I have a 94 Integra Ls fixing to be turbo charged and I was wondering what the pros and cons of a lightened flywheel on this car would be. I am considering an ACT Prolite but I figured this would be the best way to find out if it is worth it. Any info someone can give will be appreciated.

the lighter the flywheel, the less rotational mass you are going to have to keep your engine in the high RPMs in between shifts, and makin sure you're car stays in boost when you shift is crucial on a boosted car.. that Prolite is really light too, isnt it the 8 lb one?.. i'd go with the StreetLite if i were you since its a 12 lb to keep slightly more rotational mass while still gaining the added acceleration characteristics of having a lightened flywheel.... AND some nice boost
