Default Flywheel for JRSC ITR?

I'm planning to run the JDM final drive in my JRSC ITR at 5.5lbs boost. I'm consider changing the flywheel as well. What would you guys recommend? I'm considering between Fidanza 9lbs and Comptech Alum 6.75 lbs. Will this be too light for my setup? What if I upgrade to a 8lbs boost in the future? Will the stock ITR clutch be able to handle the power? or would I need to upgrade the clutch as well? Thanks

I have the Fidanza and it is light enough IMO.
