well you are powering the fjo box, then giving it injector sig/power. it goes out to the injectors to give them power/sig also. it looks like it would work.

the only thing im worried about is the yel/blk you cut at the ecu (injec common) i believe that might also power a few other things in the engine bay. like the iac. its been awhile since ive had and engine harness apart.

It is true that y/b also power other thing, but if you cut it just couple inch from injector clips, it should not affect anything.

right, the yelow blacks that come from the injector, go into a dead end plug, which is power'd by the ecu, and also sends signal to the iac valve, and i belive 1 or 2 other things but im not 100% . if you cut the yelow/blk's at the injector you are in the clear.
