Default FITV Leaking.... Need help!

I recently boosted my car. I have yet to buy a turbo timer. So today when I got home from work, I got out of my car to let it idle for about 5 min. I come back to turn it off, and I hear something leaking.

I pulled it into the garage, popped the hood and found coolant squirting out of the FITV. I dont think that it was overheating. Because I turned my accessories on to look at the gauge, It only when up about 1/3 the way. Im clueless what could have caused this.

If anybody has any suggestions would could be the problem, please post UP.

TIA

OK, there are two hoses, one in and one out, there is the place where it mounts to the intake mani, and then the part where you split it apart to tighten it back down. Which one of those 4 connections is it leaking from?

the Front cap.

I took it apart, and replaced the seal. I think the seal was bad, it just freaked me out because it was just all of the sudden.
