Default Fitting issue with DragIII downpipe?

The downpipe on my 95 GSR(in 94 civic hatch)is hitting the oilpan when I try to bolt it up to the turbine. Do I have the wrong piping? Is there any tricks to it?
It looks like the bottom flange part of it is facing slightly upwards instead of straight
through to bolt onto the exhaust. Also does anyone have clearance problems
with the radiator fan?

Mine didnt hit the oil pan, but it wouldnt match up to my exhaust, i had to have it bent a tad. they arnt perfect, they are just estimated to fit, not every engine sits the same ya know? you might have to tweek it a bit, but you def have the correct part

They're all just a little bit different on each car. My friend's LS had his bolt up perfectly. It made me sick. Hehe.

Mine had to be cut and bent just a little, otherwise it pretty much bent down from the turbo, and then back up again!

You're gonna have to get it welded and have a flex pipe put on anyway. I'd suggest going to a muffler shop, they can do anything.

Good luck.

same thing happened to me. It was pointing up. All i did was cut off the flange from my stock header, weld it on and, torch the pipe and bend it. I dunno about hitting the oil pan though. Maybe u got a really jacked up downpipe.

Sorry but the turbine housing is bolted to the ex. manifold, it can't be adjusted.
