Re: First pics of Drag install! (CivicNewbie)
Let me try and answer some questions.
1. No I didnt relocate the power steering cooler. Its not in the way nor is it touching anything. I tried to unbolt it and move it to the other side of the core support...but you have to take it completely off (from the hoses) and I didnt see the need in all that since everything cleared nicely.
2. I'll take more pics tomorrow.
3. I work for Acura, that explains the shop. Its very nice and just newly renovated...plenty of space, lifts, tools you name it. Im lucky to have all this at my fingertips.
4. You dont have to take much off the block at all. Just cut a little bit and it clears nicely.

Re: First pics of Drag install! (RATEDR)
I noticed yesterday when I took my bumber off that that foam you have on the fram before the bumper isen't there... I have NO of that "safety" foam on the front of the car..... I wonder why the shop that install it took it off, my intercooler is mounted the same way yours is etc.... I just thinks thats odd, and probably not good if I got into a head on collision.

The intank doesn't provide enough fuel pressure under boost sometimes.
Not sometimes, all the time.

Re: First pics of Drag install! (RATEDR)
i have a quick question, was this a used kit?
in the top picture you have a rag or something below the compressor houseing, there is some dirt or oil or something on the rag, the angle that its at makes it look like it came from the compressorhouseing and dripped onto that rag, if so thats no good....dont mean to tell you bad news, but i would check it before starting, rather than later.
but if i am wrong, looks good
