1) injectors
2) plugs
3) prolly downpipe (might not have enough back pressure)

just my .02 of what it could be

Do you have a good base map? The base map is only used to get you to a tuner or to start the car so you can tune it yourself.

the untuned hondata is probably the culprit. things can mysteriously go wrong over time with an untuned ecu. remember...the ecu is constantly making adjustments, and over time, it could adjust itself right out of it's ability to operate.

Im not sure if you mean hard to start when the engine is cold, or hard to start when the temperature outside is very cold. If you talking about outside temp if may be your fuel mixture. In real cold weather, you need alot more fuel to crank the car.

So what? I have a feeling you dont believe me on this one. SOOO read the link. Actually sounds very similar to your problem

http://hondata.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=432

"DSM 450cc injectors will not work with the Honda ECU - the electrical characteristics of the injector are not suited to the ECU, resistor box or no resistor box.

If you use DSM 450cc injectors you will find the engine difficult to start, and the engine running lean at part thottle, plus tuning is very difficult. "
