Finally got my turbo on!
Here is my set up on my 96 EX:
t3 turbo
RevHard manifold
Greddy Type-S BOV
Tial 38 mm wastegate
I think Revhard intercooler but not sure
P28 ecu
Dsm 450's
And Uberdata
I love it at 5.5 psi. Goin to turn it up as soon as i get a boost controller. Somewhere between 7-10psi. Here is a couple of pics.

very cool, looks like your all set. Id suggest maybe getting thermal wrap and covering those A/C hoses, just to be on the safe side.

Re: Finally got my turbo on! (D15B7turbo)
it took me about 5 months to get everything together. I bought the kit with the turbo, intercooler, piping, bov, a deltagate wastegate, fmu, manifold, downpipe and some shitty oil lines. I had the turbo rebuilt, got a tial 38 mm wastegate, p28 ecu and had it chipped, jdmshit OBD2-OBD1 conversion harness, 450 injectors, new piping connectors from atpturbo.com, oil lines from fastturbo.com (thanks Stan), an autometer boost and egt gauge. I also painted my pipes and manifold because they looked like ****. Oh yeah and I got a DC sports 2.25 stainless steel pipe with resinator for $50 and it bolted right up to my Ractive axelback muffler. Lots of help from a guy on here named PrecisionPerformanceParts. He helped me pic out the parts and installed and tuned it. Thanks a bunch PPP.

u going to need a lil more than 5.5 psi
an average rule of thumb, u gain 10 hp per psi
so u have 55 more hp over whatever u already made
so if ur engine did 105 whp before.. u have about 160 whp now
