This is right on the paper that comes from golden GE..It states torque and PSI rating depending on the conditions. I have the sheet from GE, I believe it says 80lbs of TQ on head studs with no o-rings maxium 15lbs of boost.

car looks great! i just want to make 1 suggestion and that is to get rid of the Tee fitting on the back of the block for the oil feed. i've had terrible luck with them craking and pissing out all the oil. now i just run a braided line up to a Tee and that keeps it from bouncing around and cracking. just my $0.02 though. good luck with it.
