Default Finally building a DOHC

Well, I figure with all you guys getting so damn fast it's time for me to do something new also. The "damn that's fast for an SOHC" thing isn't cutting it anymore.

I would like to run high 11's or low 12's. It's a 96 hatch, and I'm planning on using a B18B. I have a T3/4 but I don't know any of the specs because it was custom built and there is no tag, and Majestic forgot the specs when I asked them

The car will still be a daily driver, so obviously I need a decent compromise between all out power and streetability (or lag time )

I need to pick up one of the Inline pro manifolds before the groupbuy is over. Here are my plans for the engine, please make suggestions:

1. B18B, bored 84mm for 2.0l
2. Eagle rods/JE pistons, I'm thinking between 9 and 9.5 comp ratio
3. Pretty much stock head, I will do some gasket matching
4. Probably start with stock intake and tb, later upgrade to Skunk2 intake and type r tb or something like that
5. adj. cam gears for those extra few ponies
6. GSR tranny

Soooo....what type of turbo to get.. 60-1, T4, what? I'm thinking my T3/4 won't be able to push the kind of power I'm looking for.

I would go with a t3 60-1 with a stage 5 turbine wheel. There's no need for the additional lag of the t4. I would also go with crower rods and je pistons. Probably 9 or 9.5:1. It seems like you've thought it through pretty good, I think that setup will work fine. Make sure you use a good ecu!

I was planning to go with Hondata even before going DOHC but I do like all the fancy boost control features of the AEM EMS plus I'll be wanting to put a little juice on it later so the AEM would also come in handy there.
